Four Simple Steps To Make Your Hair To Recover After Travelling

When the holidays are over and you understand that your hair looks so bad you can make the best haircut in New York and recover your natural beauty with some simple tips. Travelling sometimes can be very harmful to the scalp of the head and also for skin, so here are some tips to make you look gorgeous.
# 1 Wet it, babe
When your hair and skin are very dry after sun exposure, try to use natural oils such as coconut and almond. Just mix the oils in the bowl and warm them. Rub it into hair, from the roots to the ends, put on a plastic cap and chill for 1-2 hours. After this procedure wash your hair with daily shampoo 2 times, because these oils can be too fat for your hair. This procedure will make your hair feel moistened and look amazing even after the 1st usage!
#2 Make it shine!
Hot sun and different types of water can make your hair look very dull. Try to mix 2 egg white and 2 teaspoons of honey. Put this mixture on your hair and give a special attention to the ends. Leave the mask for one hour, after this use your daily shampoo. To prevent egg smell put a little bit cinnamon into shampoo. This mask will help your hair stay soft and shine.
#3 Don’t forget to cut
Some girls afraid to cut split ends and that can be very bad for hair. When you cut your hair at least each 3-4 month you give your hair a chance to grow much faster. Dead ends can’t be recovered. Ads lie that some of their products can do this. So don’t to be afraid!
#4 Foods
During the travels our nutrition can be not such healthy as usual, we can give a loose go and drink alcohol, eat lots of junk food. Don’t forget that we are what we eat and that’s why it is so necessary to add some healthy food in our daily diet. Vitamin C, B, A and more proteins will be perfect not only for hair. Fresh oranges, pumpkin, kale, eggs, fish, cheese and don’t forget about water.
Travels are good for our mental health, but don’t forget about your hair.
