The Entry-Level Moto!

Hello, everyone! I am back(after a long time) with a new article! This time I had a chance to use a Moto E for a day. So here’s my review of 24 hours of a Moto E.
I have always been a fan of Motorola for their value-for-money strategy! And the best part- they keep their OS as close to stock-which is awesome! And the Moto E has been no exception..! It’s impressive! Valued at ₹6999, it’s small (at 142grams) but packs a lot!

Here are some quick specs-
– It’s a 4.3 inch capacitive touchscreen! It has the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The resolution is 540 x 960 pixels!
– It comes with Android 4.4.4 KitKat in the box, and there is the Lollipop 5.0 update on the way. This is one of the main reasons to buy a Moto! There are regular updates to it!
– It has a SnapDragon 200 chipset with an Adreno 302 GPU. It has a 1GB RAM.
-The battery is a 1980mAh battery which is sufficient with normal use.
– The camera is 5MP. It has no front camera (for obvious reasons)

Now coming to the review, the entry-level Moto is quite impressive at its price. When taking it out of the box, the first impression would tell you that it has a really good feel. The back is rubbered which gives a good feel and grip to it. The design language is the same as Motorola Moto X and the G. It has curved edges and a Motorola dimple at its back. The volume rocker and power button has been given a metallic feel which feels a little confident!

I used the phone with the Google Now Launcher which gave it a sort of Lollipop feel-and I literally enjoyed it!

The camera is a 5MP shooter with no flash. It didn’t impress much, but its obvious that it wont considering the budget of the phone.

So finally, coming to the end! The Moto E is the most awesome phone u can get in the price range it offers.  You may expect some lag in it in the start, but its smooth after some long use! I didn’t find any other problem with it in the 24 hours of my use. So if you are looking for a phone in 5000-6000 range, this is the best you can get- at least until now! Hope Motorola doesn’t spoil it with the Lollipop update!

P.S. Motorola-I want the Droid Maxx and Droid Turbo in India! Please!
